Roles and permissions
Who this is for: Everyone.
Clositic has three roles per company:
| Role | Who typically has it | Access |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Company creator | Full access; one Owner per company (cannot be changed in Settings today) |
| Admin | Sales managers, enablement | Same as Owner for dashboard, conversations, performance, settings, invites |
| Member | Sales reps | AI Training only — call setup and live calls |
What Members cannot access
Members are redirected away from:
- Dashboard
- Conversation Review (team list)
- Team Performance
- Settings
They can see the credits balance in the top bar (usage signal, not manager analytics).
What Admins cannot do
- Change or remove the Owner role through the member menu (Owner transfer is out of scope).
Invitations
Invites are sent as Member or Admin only. New Owners are not created via invite in the current product.
