4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
OpenAI
We send conversation data to OpenAI to generate AI responses and analytics. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy and data processing terms.
Deepgram
Audio recordings are processed by Deepgram for speech recognition. Audio data is not stored and is only used for real-time transcription.
Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
Vercel/Neon (Hosting)
Our application and database are hosted on Vercel and Neon, which may have access to data for hosting and infrastructure purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Audio Recordings: Not stored - processed in real-time only
- Conversation Transcripts: Retained for 90 days from creation
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- Payment Data: Retained as required for accounting and legal purposes
- Analytics Data: May be retained in aggregated, anonymized form
Company administrators can manually delete conversation transcripts at any time through the dashboard. Upon account deletion, all personal data will be removed within 30 days, except as required by law.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:
