Credits and limits

What credits are

Credits are your company’s balance for AI training calls (voice sessions and analysis). The top bar shows something like 3,059 credits for everyone in that workspace.

When credits are used

  • Starting a practice call consumes credits according to your plan.
  • If balance is too low, call setup shows Insufficient credits with a link to manage credits in Settings (managers add or top up credits outside this guide’s scope).

Call time

Live calls may also be limited by session time policies. If time runs out during a call, the status shows Time exhausted — call ended.

Evaluation vs. credits

Scoring and analysis may run automatically when Auto-scoring is on. Re-running analysis from a conversation detail page may use additional processing; check with your account admin if unsure.

For managers

  • Monitor usage trends under Performance.
  • Ensure reps know to end calls with End Call so sessions save correctly.
