Run an AI training call

Who this is for: Sales reps (Member) and anyone practicing. Managers can practice too.

Before you begin

  • Your company needs enough credits (shown in the top bar).
  • Allow microphone access in your browser when prompted.
  • Headphones are recommended to reduce echo.

Step 1 — Open call setup

From the app menu, open AI Training (or AI Chat in the sidebar). You’ll land on Company Details / call setup.

Call setup — choose avatar and options

Step 2 — Choose how to configure the scenario

Option A — Pre-configured avatar (recommended)

  1. Under Select an avatar, pick a card your manager created.
  2. Review the pre-filled fields (product, industry, difficulty, etc.).

Option B — Custom details

  1. Select Use custom details (only if your company enabled this in Settings).
  2. Fill in all required fields: product description, business type, pricing, industry, speech language, customer roles, and call goal.

Step 3 — Set difficulty and consent

  1. Adjust Sales call difficulty (1 = easy … 5 = expert).
  2. Read the AI consent checkbox and tick it. You must consent to continue.
  3. Click Start simulation. The app creates the AI buyer persona (this may take a moment).

If credits are too low, you’ll see Insufficient credits — ask a manager to add credits in Settings.

Step 4 — Live call

On the Sales Simulation screen:

  1. Read the AI disclosure banner.
  2. Click Start Call and speak naturally when the status shows Listening….
  3. Use Mute if needed.
  4. Click End Call when finished.

During the call

StatusMeaning
Connecting…Session is starting
Listening…Speak now
Speaking…AI buyer is talking
Connection lostEnd the call and start a new session

Step 5 — After the call

On Call ended you can:

  • New call — Return to setup for another practice session.
  • View analysis — Open the conversation report when analysis is ready (may show Analysing… first).

Auto-scoring may run automatically if your manager enabled Auto-scoring in Settings.

Tips for a realistic practice

  • Be specific in product and pricing fields — the AI uses them for objections and budget talk.
  • Match Speech recognition language to the language you’ll speak on the call.
  • Same device? Your last custom details may be saved for next time.
