Review conversations
Who this is for: Owners and Admins.
Open the conversation list
From the dashboard, click Conversation Review, or use the app menu.
Path: Home / Conversations

Each row shows:
- Trainee email and session name
- Date and duration
- Message count
- Score (if evaluated) or Not analysed
- Trend vs. the rep’s previous evaluated session
Click a row to open Conversation Details.
Scroll to the bottom and click Load more if your team has many sessions.
Conversation detail report

Use this view for coaching conversations:
- Session report — Quick narrative of the call.
- How the call scored — Rubric breakdown with strengths and gaps.
- What to do next — Keep / Start / Stop coaching actions.
- Curated resources — Suggested follow-up material.
- Full transcript — Turn-by-turn dialogue with inline notes.
Run or re-run analysis
If the session shows Pending analysis or Not analysed on the list:
- Open the conversation.
- Click Analyse now.
Use Re-run analysis if the report failed to display correctly.
Coaching workflow tip
- Sort mentally by low scores or negative trends on the list.
- Open the detail view and read What to do next with the rep.
- Replay key transcript moments using Try: suggestions.
- Track improvement on Team performance.
If something goes wrong
- Couldn’t load more sessions — Refresh and try Load more again.
